Emerging Issues in the Air Care Industry,

CSPA recently announced the latest in its line-up of professional development courses, Emerging Issues in the Air Care Industry. Sponsored by the Air Care Division, the seminar will be held Sept. 10 at the Marriott Newark Airport Hotel.
The seminar, an all-day event, offers a full agenda of informative sessions featuring experts who will discuss the latest in regulatory developments, industry trends and standards. The course is designed for new and seasoned professionals in the consumer products industry and is aimed at a broad audience, accommodating all seven CSPA business sectors.
Among the featured topics are:
- Media Relations: Opportunities and Challenges – Ross Holthouse, P&G
- Respiratory Petition – Madhuri Singal, PhD, RRT, manager, Respiratory Sciences Program, Research Institute for Fragrance Materials, Inc.
- Update on the Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) – Sean McNear, regulatory affairs, Honeywell Consumer Products Group
- Update on California Air Resources Board – Joe Yost, director, Strategic Issues Advocacy, CSPA
- Green Chemistry and Ingredient Disclosure – Andy Hackman, director, State Affairs, CSPA

Registration fees are $350.00 for CSPA members and $450.00 for nonmembers. Fees include continental breakfast and breaks, luncheon and course materials. Registrants are responsible for their own transportation, lodging and incidentals. Cancellations will be accepted no later than Sept. 3.
